Hi and welcome to my blog.  I find it odd that I even have a blog.  I grew up wanting to be a journalist but veered away from it in college and haven’t written much since.  However, if I had a dollar for every time someone asked me why I didn’t have a blog I would have…well probably about $5.00.

So in this space I will blog about my life, sports, everyday observations and whatever is in my mind.  As the name of the blog states…I’m not your typical girl but I sometimes have typical girl thoughts.

I don’t really know what will fill this space…only time will tell.
